For over 19 years I have been passionate about learning and educating women and everyone that cares about them about health and wellness in the area of natural childbirth, childbirth education and massage. Nationaly certified in massage by the NCBTMB. My goal is to help everyone that I work with find, a more natural, healthy way to a pain free life. Nearly 90% of all illness and dis-ease in this country is caused by stress. Through regular use of caring therapeutic massage therapy you can reduced that stress, relieve the pain, lower blood pressure, increase circulation, increase range of motion.
