Therapeutic (clinical) massage pulls us up when we're down and fortifies us when we're up. Massage has been shown effective in pain relief and pain management, circulation improvement, stress reduction and immune system support, improvement in lymphatic flow, musculoskeletal support, aide in respiratory function, recovery from different types of injuries, and even blood pressure reduction. Massage has also been demonstrated to be effective in combating anxiety and depression, and reducing the stresses we've all come to know at work and home. Massage benefits us physiologically and psychologically.
My mission, as a massage therapist dedicated to my client's health, is to help them through all of these challenges so that they might live their lifes to their fullest!.

My name is Tai and I'm a licensed, Alabama license 1846, massage therapist specializing in massage therapy and peoples health (I am currently accepting new clients).
I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy Institute of Decatur Alabama. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2004. I have taken advanced training in myofacial release, pre-natal massage, massage for people with cancer, and thai yoga massage. I tend to specialize in Deep Tissue massage for pain relief.
