I’m a licensed massage therapist, bodyworker, and holistic wellness guide committed to helping women restore their bodies and reclaim their peace. My work is rooted in years of studying movement, cultural dance, anatomy, and healing traditions from around the world. I specialize in providing restorative sessions that blend therapeutic massage, intuitive touch, and education to help clients release tension, reduce stress, and feel more at home in their bodies. My mission is to support the melanated matriarch—the woman who does everything for everyone—with a space where she can finally slow down, receive, and be cared for.
