I individualize each massage to suit your needs and preferences, address health concerns, improve body function, reduce stress, promote relaxation, heal injuries, prevent new health problems and injuries, and promote life-long well being. My therapeutic modalities include swedish massage, chinese massage, shiatsu, sports massage, medical massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular theapy, prenatal massage, oncology support, postsurgical healing, acupressure, reflexology, head massage, visceral massage, medical qigong, jin shin jyutsu, and reiki, table thai and symbiotherapy. Pure natural esssential oils are included in your sessions if you choose.
I am also educated in holistic health, natural remedies and nutrition. Everything I use is natural and pure and mostly organic.
