Relax-U, LLC provides a very unique bodywork experience incorporating energy therapy and mechanical massage. Many clients report experiencing a major shift of pain relief post session. Usui Reiki classes are offered to anyone wishing to imporve their own health and the health of their loved ones. Relax-U, LLC focuses on teaching their clients self care to help promote overall well being and lifetime achievement of good health.

Bio
Denise K. Albritton is a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist having studied at Elements of Wellness Massage School in St. Louis, MO. She completed a 1,000 extended program which included a Usui Reiki Master level program honoring her with the ability to teach and attune others to perform Usui Reiki. Denise has been in practice since July 2008 and plans to continue assisting her clients in their lifetime goals for many years to come. She prides herself on teaching her clients self care to improve their overall life eperience to the highest level possible. Denise has witnessed many miraculous healings in her presence and is excited about what is to come.
In April 2010, Denise ordained through the Universal Life Church in Medesto, CA and has enjoyed teaching her clients how God and the Angels have a hand in their healing process. She includes teachings of the Angels in her Reiki classes along with the Emotional Freedom Technique for very powerful healings. Denise completed the Advanced Level of EFT study in 2007, allowing her to teach her clients a very powerful self care tool that helps empower them in their lives.
Denise has also studied the use of essential oils for her bodywork and enjoys sharing her knowledge with her clients for home use. Oils such as; Lavender, Eucalyptus, Sage, Rosemary, Tangerine, Tea Tree and Peppermint are used during her sessions.
Denise teaches lifetime goals of positive living techniques to alter her clients' life experiences in the most positive healing experience possible. It is her life mission to teach all whom cross her path a very powerful mind-body connection for self empowerment and emotional freedom to be able to live their best life possible.
