Be Still Massage
Recently, I have expanded my practice to the Arboretum area, by joining Haas Wellness Center.
Be Still… is a theme I carry through my life and into each massage session. I believe if we can quiet the mind, we can improve life. We can change our thoughts and create healthy life styles. Our mind is very busy, and often that busy-ness carry’s over to our body. It shows up in our aches, pains, fatigue, compromised immune system and a variety of other body aliments.
Be Still Massage, offers therapeutic massage that quiets the body and soul. Each session is individually designed for the clients need. Sometimes it is deep myo-fascial work, other times light rocking work with gentle strokes. My work follows the fascia lines (connective tissue) through the body and touches on principles of oriental massage and reflexology. When necessary I incorporate Hot Stones into the session to assist in the relaxation of muscle tissue.
Come Be Still for 60 to 90 minutes to improve your life, or at least your outlook on it.

Bio
After 25 years in corporate America I wanted a more purposeful life. So, I took a leap of faith and followed a long time passion for health and wellness through massage therapy. A graduate of The Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC, I am a Nationally Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist. My work specializes in deep tissue along the myofascial lines to improve movement and reduce pain, especially chronic pain areas. My touch is compassionate, gentle and nurturing, as well as therapeutic and healing.
