With over 20 years experience in the Health Care Field, as a Massage Therapist since 1999, I am a Professional Member of the AMTA, State and Nationally Certified. I specialize in Relaxation Massage, as well as Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Injury Prevention and Recovery.

My practice is a combination of in-office and out-call appointments ranging from half-hour to 2+-hour treatments custom designed to accomplish your goals in health and well-being

I completed my initial training in the San Francisco Bay area and after practicing there for about a year I moved to Maine where I completed a 750-hour course heavily laden with anatomy and physiology. Continuing education has taken many forms ranging from Ethics to Sports and many others.
Bio
I was raised in Wyoming and graduated with my Bachelors in History with honors in '95. I have had Massage Practices in Maine, Wisconsin and California. I had the Privilege to practice at 'Ground Zero' following the 911 attacks in NYC twice, providing chair massage to the rescue workers at the respite center inside the perimeter.

It has been my honor to aid and assist many people on their road to recovery as well as provide a caring, therapeutic atmosphere to a myriad of people from all walks of life in all of lifes conditions ranging from suffering to bliss.

I practice out of my home as well as visiting people at their homes, work places, vacation lodgings and have found it a most enlightening experience being able to treat both common and extreme conditions, helping and healing along the way.
