I am a Board Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworker by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworkers and licensed in the State of Oregon (#8027).

It is my desire to give a comfortable therapeutic massage to people who are in need of relaxation or injury recovery or to those who may have chronic or severe physical illnesses such as: cancer, emphysema, fibromyalgia, lymphedema, MS, and other health issues. With more than 1000 hours of training in cancer-related issues and other conditions, I will help you to get the maximum benefit from massage or manual lymph drainage (MLD).

As a Certified Lymphedema therapist, I can offer therapeutic manual lymph drainage or complete decongestive therapy. Manual Lymph Drainage is useful for a variety of conditions including post trauma, post surgical edema, and primary or secondary lymphedema.

If you want comforting and caring massage for recovery from illness or injury, maintenance or for relaxation, I can help.

My husband Todd Pennington, whom I share an office with has been in practice for nearly 23 years. He specializes in therapeutic massage both for those who have been injured or simply need to improve range of motion.

Between us, we are able to help you to relax, improve mobility and recover from injury or chronic musculo-skeletal issues.
I graduated in 2011, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Health Care and Human Sciences, from Marylhurst University . The experience was among my most treasured. I have been a volunteer with the MS Society of Portland.
