P. J. Pape has been a Board Certified Massage Therapist since 1998 specializing in helping everyday people create peak performance in their lives. Whether relieving Carpal Tunnel symptoms, managing blood pressure, Diabetes and stress, or easing recovery from an intense workout or injury, PJ has a peerless ability to put her clients at ease.
PJ is a member of the Ethics and Standards Committee of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) certified in Oncology Massage, Reflexology and a Reiki Master. She enjoys teaching the body sciences to Massage Students and Deep-Tissue Massage.
PJ has over 10 years of corporate staff experience and a BA in Psychology as well as post-graduate work in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford. PJ is a FL Master Gardener. Committed to volunteering in her community, PJ donates her time and skills troubleshooting horticultural issues and supports local fund-raising activities.
An animal lover, PJ has gentled and trained shelter dogs to live a household members and fostered Guiding Eyes for the Blind puppies.

Passed the National Boards in the 96th percentile in 1998.
Teach Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Kinesiology, Terminology, Ethics and hands-on classes for Massage students.
Sit on the Ethics Committee for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
