Sports Massage By Neal B. Finkelstein, Mpt, MS, LMT, Ceas
All massage therapy is performed on an outcall basis--either at your home, office, or hotel room. I perform sports massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy massage, and Swedish massage for the every day person, the weekend warrior, and/or the competitive athlete. My over 20 years experience as a massage therapist, 17+ years experience as an exercise physiologist, and 7+ years experience as a physical therapist have given me an excellent working knowledge of the human body. I published a masters thesis on "The Effects of Massage Therapy on Delayed-Onset Muscle Soreness after Unaccustomed Exercise for Healthy, Sedentary Adults" in 1992. I was a staff massage therapist for the Lipton International Players Championships (tennis) in Key Biscayne, Florida for 4 years, having the privilege of working with the top tennis players in the world as well as other professional and olympic athletes. It would be my pleasure to meet your massage therapy needs. I look forward to that opportunity to earn your business.
I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida since 1989 (over 20 years experience) and received a certification in sports massage from Southeastern Sports Massage in Gainesville, Florida following a 1 month internship at the University of Florida in 1990. I received my masters degree in Health Education/Exercise Physiology from Florida International University in 1992 and my masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2003. In addition, I hold additional certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Specialist and from the Back School of Atlanta as an Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.

I am a current author of a book called "If I Only Knew They Had Chocolate Chip Cookies in Heaven" which is about how to lead a healthy lifestyle with all the battles we face in life as human beings.
