Bio
Mary Ringel is an honors graduate of National Holistic Institute, trained in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and pathology. She is also an honors graduate of San Jose State University, holding a Bachelor's degree in General Psychology and Business Administration. Mary developed MER (Muscle Energy Release) Therapy - a healing technique combining Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Primal Reflex Release Therapy (PRRT). These techniques relax the nervous system and release tight muscles, resulting in immediate pain relief and increased energy throughout the body. As an avid tennis player, Mary understands the need to perform optimally and the importance of healing the injuries associated with repeated use of muscles. She specializes in treating rotator cuff injury, tennis elbow, and neck and back pain. She is highly effective with post surgery massage - clearing toxins and stimulating circulation in the body. Mary uses a holistic approach, focusing on the whole body, while also giving specific attention to areas of pain.
She understands the emotional and spiritual needs of her clients, leaving them with a feeling of renewed strength.
