I have been practicing since 2003 and have logged around 2000 hours of specialty training techniques including orthopedic massage and Active Release techniques. I am well-versed in anatomy of joints and muscles and will use all therapies appropriate for the relief of painful stressed muscles.
I am familiar with the sports injuries of all sports and tailor sessions to specific needs of the individual. I am certified personal trainer from ISSA and perform active and passive stretching to round off therapies. all in all, I havd very effective techniques that will reach levels of muscle necessary without causing undue pain in the process
