I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, a licensed Massage Therapist and a Reiki Master. I have a background in Medical Technology and a Master's Degree in Human Development and Family Wellness.
My practice includes energy work, therapeutic bodywork , and Craniao-sacral work. I have studied Bach Flower remedies, Essential Oils and am learning more about herbs. I do lifestyle and stress education. I have taught Yoga and suggest stretches when appropriate.

I am married with 2 children and 5 grandchildren. I enjoy learning, reading, knitting and travelling. We have a cabin in Minnesota where we spend time in the summer and fall.
