Mobile massage or massage in my Costa Mesa office. Migraines, back and neck pain a specialty. If it is stuck, I will get it moving, if it hurts, I will get it feeling better. I customize massages to fit your goals for the day and for the future. Many clients report feeling better, with more stamina, better posture and relief from pain. I enjoy doing massages, and I like people. I also work with people with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, Crohn's, chemical sensitivity syndrome, etc. I am a bit of a massage nerd and am always learning new techniques and learning from my clients as well. I will always keep your goals and wellness in mind.

Bio
Practicing for 19 years. I offer functional, therapeutic massage to get people feeling better and better able to move and maintain health. I look for root causes of problems with pain and stiffness, particularly with those who have chronic headache, migraine and lumbar/pelvic pain syndromes. My other vocation is medical writing and research on articles which have been published in newspapers, magazines and online publications. That experience has helped me as a massage practitioner in finding solutions for my clients that work.
