Having trained in many areas of massage, Kris can offer you techniques that will help you achieve the best outcome possible. Also trained under Charles Wiltsie III, with certification in Lypossage, an all-natural body contouring technique. Along with that she can offer LypoSlim Body Wraps to be done alone or in conjunction with Lypossage for the ulitmate results in dimension loss!
She is passionate about what she does and loves to help people attain the ultimate in their health and wellness quest.
Bio
Graduated in 2001 from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Bodywork. Has had other courses and certifications in Neuro-Muscular Training, CranioSacral, Aromatherapy, Lypossage, Sports, Hot Stone, Reiki, Lymph Massage, and more. She continues to stay current and up to date with State and National guidelines and believes in continuing education for not only the clients needs, but for her own personal growth as well.
Kris is also furthering her training in health and nutrtion, with the end result being Naturopathic Dr.
