Each session is planned with the client geared specifically toward their individual needs. We work as a team to create a session for the particular issue keeping in mind that flexibility is key. Pain management, improved flexibility and a vacation from daily stress are just a few of the benefits of massage.
All sessions include Reiki, deep tissue (if appropriate,) reflexology and relaxation techniques. CranioSacral incorporated as needed.
Sessions are in my office, as well as on site (home, corporation, hospital/nursing home, gym and at sport events.)

Massage Therapy became my calling in 2005. Seeing the powerful effects of quality touch first hand, there was no question in my mind that it was my path.
Graduated from CCMT, Westport, CT campus 2007.
Private practice as well as community volunteering.
Additional trainings are on-going and include CranioSacral, Reiki, Oncology Massage and Palliative Massage. Continued learning is not only essential, it is a joy as it benefits everyone I work with.
