Karen Ross, LMBT #07596 graduated from UNC-CH in May of 1994 with a BA in psychology, an overall GPA of 3.8 and a major GPA of 4.0. She graduated with following Honors Memberships: Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key National Honor Society, and Psi Chi. In May of 1997, Karen graduated Summa Cum Laude from USC at Columbia with a Master’s of Social Work and a 4.0 GPA. After several years working in the field of social work with mentally ill populations, she resumed her education at the Medical Arts School in Raleigh, NC where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA in July of 2007. She maintains her LCSW, LMBT, and National Board Certification in Massage & Bodywork Therapy. Karen continues to obtain education via trainings, lectures, and workshops in both Social Work and Massage & Bodywork Therapy.
