I am now working at Artemis Massage studio in State College from Tuesdays through Saturdays. I have been doing massage professionally for over 19 years.
I am trained in various modalities, and I specialize in deep tissue, neuro-muscular and Sports Massage. I can also do Swedish, stress relieving, and general relaxing massage. I do hot stone massage, and have been practicing the technique for over 10 years. I do offer reflexology in addition to a 45 minute minimum treatment. I have extensive spa experience, and do wraps and body treatments as well. Treatments range from 45 minutes to 180 minutes in length.

I have been licensed since 1994.
Bio
My father became a LMT in 1986, and I have been in and around hotels, spas, fitness facilities and alternative health establishments since childhood. As a second generation therapist, I have over 19 years of professional experience, and still enjoy doing massage and learning new techniques. I am enthusiastic to help others and teach them to help themselves toward better health and well being. I am constantly expanding my style and adding new techniques in order to provide more for my clients.
Lately, I have been studying Yoga and Thai Massage techniques, seeking to infuse more movement into my Therapeutic Deep Tissue and Neuro-muscular style. Recently trained in the Bodysaver No-Thumbs Technique and Advanced Chair Massage in 2011 with The Nayada Institute of Massage, and also assisted instruction of the Bodysaver Certification March 2012, at the Pittsburgh School of Massage.
