A Mother's Touch Massage
As a skilled and intuitive practitioner, I combine a variety of modalities to provide the most therapeutic benefit for you. No two massages will ever be exactly the same because your body is never the same from visit to visit. I utilize Swedish massage, trigger point work, myofacial release, stretching techniques, deep tissue massage, hot stones, and positional release to assure you the best results.
I have great success in helping people who struggle with chronic neck and back pain, frequent headaches, shoulder pain, knee pain, or low back pain.
I have had advanced training in prenatal and postpartum massage. As a retired Bradley Method childbirth educator and birth doula for the past 10 years I have extensive knowledge of women's pregnancy related issues and am very skilled in treating low back pain and hip pain during pregancy. I also offer private childbirth classes to existing massage clients.
