I have practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017, have a state of M) professional license (LMT), a KCMO city business license, and a state of MO business license. As a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, I am trained in a variety of modalities, from light relaxation massage to deep tissue therapeutic massage. I customize the massage to each individual. The body and mind are connected; massage immediately and quickly helps both at the same time. Massage can help manage stress and anxiety.
