Structure, Stone & Sound is the massage and bodywork practice of Michelle Robbins. She has been in practice since 1999. Michelle's specialty is working with women in recovery from traumatic events. Any time we are impacted, whether emotionally, psychically, or physically, our bodies make a record of the trauma. Massage and bodywork, particularly sound balancing, are comforting ways to soothe what our bodies are holding onto.

Using any combination of hot or cool stones, cupping, essential oils, tuning forks and therapeutic massage, Michelle works with the body's structure to improve function and increase overall well-being. Heat from hot stones allows for deeper work without the pressure. Cupping uses suction instead of pressure to facilitate tissue release. Essential oils are used either singly or in combination, and always with your prior approval. Plus, they smell amazing!

Barefoot deep tissue is also an option for those who love deep tissue. This is the deepest of deep tissue, but even so, should never be painful. Massage should always be done within a proper tolerance range for each unique individual - you.

Sound balancing is a method of combing though the body's bioelectric field with tuning forks. The specific frequency of the fork allows the body to align with a clear focus.
