In addition to acupuncture I use a variety of techniques in my work including Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, acupressure and reflexology. My approach is usually a fusion of all of these but can work within one modality as well.
A long time interests and participation in sports and training is what led me into this field and I still maintain a disciplined training routine and have the background and skills necessary to train others.
