Treatments last about an hour. Recipients remain fully clothed and lay on a futon on the floor.
Techniques include joint mobilisation,acupressure,rocking and gentle assisted stretches.The aim is to promote the flow of Ki or life force for health and well being.Shiatsu is noted for helping clients relax and feel energised.

Member of The Register of the Shiatsu Society (MRSS)since 1999.He became a Fellow (FwSS) in 2018.
Mark has a diverse background in Tai Chi,Qigong,Yoga and meditation.
