Improve Your Life
Enhance Your Sense of Well-Being.
The main purpose of Swedish massage is to
increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles.
Other benefits include stimulation of circulation and alleviation of muscle soreness. Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain, by flushing the
tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. This is a very
calming, relaxing and overall healing massage for the mind, body and spirit.

Sports massage is for athletes who train continuously or individuals who
exercise regularly. The goal is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance
of injury and shorten the cycle time needed to recover from exercise.
Sports massage is more invigorating and stimulating to the muscles than
Swedish massage. It may be used with stretching in order to help athletes
to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and
endurance may be enhanced. Following exercise or an athletic event it
can relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to their normal

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a form of bodywork that is manipulative in nature
and seeks to rebalance the body by releasing tension in the fascia.
It involves releasing and unwinding the fascia (connective tissue) that
surrounds each muscle and interconnects all of the other internal parts of the body.
This tissue layer, which connects every muscle, tendon, ligament, bone,
and organ in our bodies, can store memories of physical trauma.
Releasing these restrictions allows us to discharge recurring emotional
as well as physical pain. This is a very specific type of massage and
our protocol treats the entire body.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissues
in an effort to release chronic patterns of tension. The massage uses many of
the same strokes as classic message therapy, with the main difference being
that a deep tissue massage involves slower movements and the
application of greater and deeper pressure.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is also known as Thai yoga massage. It's performed
on a firm mat placed on the floor. Except for the feet, the client remains fully clothed,
so draping is not necessary. Thai massage works on the energy of the person
as well as the physical body and is intended to improve internal health in addition
to working on the musculoskeletal structure. It incorporates stretching along with assisted yoga poses.

Repetitive Use Injuries Massage
This form of massage is used to treat specific injuries such as carpal tunnel,
tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis and limited range of motion in various areas of
the body. It’s a localized treatment which takes 5-10 minutes and is usually
incorporated into a traditional massage to allow for focus on specific problem
