In my practice I use a body, mind and spirit approach. Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Russian Sports Massage and Reiki are my main focus. I integrate these modalities in each session for each individual.
Reiki is a perfect tool for improving your life. Reiki can increase awareness, intuition, the desire to be a better person, manifesting, the list goes on. Learn all three levels in tradional Usui Method or a modern method of Reiki. You will recieve a manual, and audio, all three levels in the Tradional Usui Method for $75. Distant healing is available or attunements.
Russian Sports Massage will increase your lifestyle by 2 years with sixty years of evidence based material. The benefits effect the muscular and cardiovascular systems and the skin. The muscular system: increase in: elasticity, contractibility and reaction time; increase in number of active capillaries and veins (34 per square inch in muscle at vs. 1400 with RSM), width and lumen. There will be a decrease in lactic acid buildup, this all allows the muscle to rehabilitate. The client will also have a quicker recovery time.
The cardiovascular system will use less effort to pump more blood, more capillaries and veins are used and the heart will increase contractibility.Your blood pressure will normalize and circulation will increase from 9 percent to 140 percent.
The Skin is improved via blood flow to the capillaries from exfoliation and circulation. Your body will use more oxygen and sweat gland function will improve.

I was raised in Hampton, Va by my mom. I enjoy life. Martial Arts, yoga and the beach are where I spend my free time. In a sporting event I tore my ACl, my knee. I was surrounded by surgeons. First of all, I did not have $1400 to visit the surgeon. So, off to school I went. My knee feels great and I still get to train in MMA.
