I have been working in this field since 2002, and I love what I do. The techniques and modalities I use include swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, and PNF and isolated streching. I also provide aromatherapy and reiki. My work experience includes spas, hotels, sporting events, massage offices, and chiropractic / physical therapy practices. I am also a past member of AMTA NJ Sports Massage Team.
