My primary practice is Massage & Manual therapy for orthopedic conditions using Deep tissue & Myofascial Release and Muscle Energy Technique. I work with range of motion issues and chronic pain as well as acute injuries and post surgical therapy

I see many clients for Myofascial tension and pain often resulting from repetitive behaviors like working in front of a computer terminal or driving many hours a day, as well as injuries associated with amateur athletes and middle age clients who run, bicycle, play tennis & golf or other activities.
