What is Balsam ?
Balsam has many meanings and they all correspond to healing and nature. Balsam relates to a variety of plants: balsam firs, balsam impatiens and balsam poplars to name a few. Balsam is also known to be an aromatic salve or oil. Balsam Fir essential oil is traditionally used to address muscular aches and pains, while the warm aroma soothes and rejuvenates body and mind creating an uplifting sense of well being. The word “balsam” also means anything healing or soothing….need I say more.
