I offer my practice at my home studio or your home or office. I offer a varity of modalities, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Hot Stone Therapy, and Energy Work. I am also a Reiki practioner in accordance with the Usui Shiki Ryoho Tradition. I offer chair massage for office settings and other gatherings.

Bio
I started doing massage back in the 1980's after recieving my own massages. Starting as a hobby with family and friends , I was introduced to a professional massage therapist who sugested I should go professional. Some years later I did just that. Went to school to formally recieve my accreditation, become licensed and now practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
