I work in workmen's comp, pre-post op rehab, and also specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and stretching. Im also a Martial Arts Instructor and Personal Trainer which gives me a different approach to bringing balance to the body and correcting postural imbalances and dysfunctions. My specialty is rotator cuff, low back-mid thoracic area, quads-hamstrings, cervical-pecs-glutes. I work on many conditions from carpal tunnel, TOS, Sciatica-Periformis Syndrome to TMJ and more.

Bio
Amur El. is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Fitness Instructor, Martial Arts Instructor, Reiki Master and Author of “ATTACK THE FAT Cellular Cleanse”, “The Thinking Man”, “I Can’t Believe I’m Killing Myself”, "Combatercise BSR Workout" and DVD, “The Complete Art”.
He is also the founder of Combatercise ™ Training (Attack The Fat Boot Camp) ,P.O.W.E.R. Martial Arts and co-owner of Body Dynamics and he is also a member of BSR Modern Martial Arts.
He’s been a part of the complementary healthcare community for 16 years, studying Naturopathy, Herbal remedies and Eastern modalities.
Massage Therapy was a natural progression. Amur graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in February 07 and is Licensed & nationally certified. He currently works as a rehab technician and workman’s comp strength and conditioning program.
He is continuing to grow and further himself through continuing education classes; this is also an opportunity to keep up on the latest research and modalities in the health and fitness industry.
