Bio
I maintain a private practice, while also working with a couple different chiropractors, providing either medical massage specific to patient needs, or a relaxing massage to reduce high levels of stress. My specialty is working with runners, but welcome all athletes and weekend warriors. I was an instructor of sports massage as well as chair massage, including how to work with oncology patients at different stages of treatment. I give every client the individual attention that they deserve. Every massage is tailored to one's specific needs. It is also very important to me to use as wholistic a product as possible, so I started to create my own creams and organic oils for use on my clients.
Aside from my massage career, I am a 33 time marathon finisher, furniture refinisher and book author on antique trunk restoration. Have been involved in several charity events to raise money and also provide chair massage to participants. Currently I am working on creating a nutrition sports gel to market to endurance athletes. I also coach adult runners from beginner to advanced levels and create individualized training programs for adults looking to run from a 5k up to ultra runs. Whatever the goal, a program can be designed.
