Description
Massage Healthcare of America Inc. is a mobile medical massage clinic in Clark County, Nevada, a medical massage practice focused on complex surgical, oncology, and chronic pain cases, not spa or relaxation services (although we do provide spa services as well). We routinely manage medically involved patients recommended and prescribed by surgeons, oncologists, and other providers who require structured soft‑tissue and lymphatic care integrated into their overall treatment plan.
Our core clinical focus includes oncology and cancer‑related surgeries such as pelvic lymph node dissection, parotidectomy, mastectomy, lymphadenectomy, and axillary lymph node dissection, as well as patients undergoing multimodal cancer care. We also treat individuals recovering from spinal and orthopedic procedures including arthrodesis (spinal fusion), post‑laminectomy syndrome, spondylopathy, and hemiarthroplasty.
Beyond surgery, we work with neuropathic and musculoskeletal conditions involving nerve compression or tissue stress, including neuropathy, cervical radiculopathy, and thoracic outlet decompression. We address complex soft‑tissue and fluid‑related issues such as myofascial pain conditions, orthopedic‑related fluid retention, implant‑related complications, and plastic surgery cases involving breast implants, including implant contracture and explant due to breast implant illness.
Every episode of care begins with a structured clinical intake focused on surgical history, oncology status, imaging and diagnostics (when available), medication profile, functional impairments, and risk factors such as lymphedema or compromised lymphatic territories. Treatment plans are developed to support wound healing, edema management, pain modulation, range‑of‑motion restoration, and return to function, with clear communication back to referring providers when needed.
Massage Healthcare of America does not provide spa, relaxation, or cosmetic “pampering” services covered under insurance. Our role is to deliver targeted manual lymphatic drainage and medical massage within a healthcare framework, with attention to safety, contraindications, and the specific demands of oncology, surgical, and chronic pain populations. While we can offer a variety of spa treatments for FSA/HSA clients, our commitment lies in helping patients recover and heal through medically necessary massage therapy. As an in-network provider with Aetna, we are proud to offer those with healthcare coverage an accessible path to recovery and holistic wellness through therapeutic massage.
ALL of our Licensed Massage Therapists are individually in-network with major insurance companies and listed in the Aetna provider directory, with TriWest and Medicaid credentialing in progress. They are their own boss, which means they are recognized as independent healthcare providers rather than assistants working under a doctor.
