I am a Holistic therapist trained in the US, Canada and Mexico. My specialties vary from deep tissue massage to Reiki massage with many other modalities in between (sports, lymphic drainage, Russian, body mobilization and focused stretching) and as for meditation, active meditation and guided meditation.
