Born To Massage Associates is part of a Wellness Center which involves more than one massage therapist. We can see clients in our Center in Greenport, Long Island, New York or on outcalls to your home, business, or special group event such as weddings and parties. Our therapists are all licensed in the State of New York. To be a massage associate with our Wellness Center a therapist needs to have the criteria of thorough wholesome touch, good presence, and adhere to a most professional demeanor. We can accommodate our clientele with multiple modalities as we have a wide variety of therapists. Massage Gift Certificates are Available as are Couples Massages. Bruce Berger, LMT is the administrator of the Massage Program.

Hi I do Swedish, deep tissue and hot stones. I also do reiki and reflexology. I am licensed in Massage and certified in Reiki and Reflexology.Ive been practicing for two years and I love what I do. I incorporate Reiki into every massage I do to add a healing touch. I travel to people's homes to do private in home massages. I'm willing to travel to NYC if I have enough clients for the day . I travel throughout the Hamptons.

My mission as a massage therapist is to make every massage count. Whether it is for relaxation or soreness and pain, your massage will be customized to your goal. I integrate several different modalities in my massage treatments such as light or deep pressure, range of motion stretches, reflexology, aromatherapy, warmed stones or Reiki. Clients are scheduled with enough time between sessions as to allow both client and myself to remain in the calm and serene state that is a result of the massage. There is no rushing just relaxing.

My practice is intuitive based. I listen to the body's rhythm to move my hands to the areas most needed to be massaged. My technique is somewhat of an ironing out the wrinkles in the bodys muscles. I use Ayurvedic herbal organic oils. With my initial touch I use Cranio Sacral holds to calm the mind and relax the body. The Cranio Sacral techniques work with the facia of the body releasing adhesions. Then I do a deep relaxation massage. When the body is relaxed I will use deep tissue massage if there are tight areas of holding. I use hot stones when someones body is hurting, long term chronic fatique or fibromyalgia. The heat relaxes the muscles and relieves the pain. Over time and lifestyle changes the pain can be decreased significantly. I also do Ayurveda, using meditation, pranyama (deep breathing) techniques. During your treatment you will often be instructed to breathe at the beginning. The remainiing time is a quiet deeply relaxing experience. I also do 6 week 2 hour workshops. At the last session I serve a beautiful bouguet of delicious organic foods.
