Many of my clients exhibit a "downward spiral" type attitude toward health and fitness - "I don't exercise because it hurts and I'm overweight, but I'm overweight because I can't/don't exercise.' My aim is to break that cycle and introduce others to the opposite upward spiral that also exists - "As your health improves you will have more desire to be active and your health will continue to improve." Six Point Therapies utilizes several modalities to accomplish it's goals. 1) Structural Massage - promotes proper joint position and alignment through deep tissue massage and pressure point therapy. 2) Postural Therapy - promotes functional joint position and muscles motion though exercise and stretching.
