I have been practicing massage in the Puget Sound area for 15 years. In that time I have developed a unique and deeply relaxing quality of touch. My clients have experienced either a rejuvenation of their energy or a profound sense of tranquility...in some cases both. Clients are either welcomed at my home practice or in the comfort of their own home. Sessions are typically 90 minutes, although some can run longer if there are issues that need addressed.

My bodywork practice is all about tuning in, not tuning out. I specialize in whole-person wellness and hold a safe space for the emotional side of bodywork to emerge. I deeply believe in the mind-body connection and find that emotional holdings can reside in the body. I often use a combination of therapeutic massage and Reiki energy work, allowing clients to find their path to healing. Clients often comment on the depth of my work, that is, I can provide a deep tissue therapeutic massage, as well as allow them to go to a deep state of relaxation and/or a deeply emotional place. I tailor each of my sessions to fit the unique needs of my clients, so no two sessions look the same. I meet each client in the present moment and listen deeply — with my ears and my touch — to understand what the body has to tell me.

Healing work for me is about listening to the message between the words. Messages that live in the tissue, bone and the energy body that map out the road to personal well being. You will be given applicable information, suggestions and referrals if you feel you are looking for something else that I do not have certification or experience with.

Three Tree Wellness Center is a New Center in Burien, WA. We are located in the heart of Downtown Burien. We offer services to help heal the mind, Body and Spirit. We have many services such as deep tissue, swedish, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, medical massage, chair massage and more. We also offer massage for two in our large Serenity room. Three Tree Wellness Center also offer a wide variety of wellness products, such as lotions, oils, essential oils, salts for making salt scrubs etc.

My goal is to uncover the underlying causes of your health issues and help you remove them when possible rather than suppress them. I treat chronic and acute issues in people of all ages. In addition to being your doctor, I strive to be a teacher, counselor, detective, cheerleader, and confidant. While my journey to becoming a doctor was a long one, it fostered in me an appreciation and empathy for humanity that I carry into every aspect of my life.
