Get Rid of That Pain!
I have been in practice for 18 years now, specializing in post-injury, deep tissue and relaxation treatments. Each session is geared toward what the client/patients needs are. Because of my work experience at a local hospital doing bedside massage for patients for almost 14 years, my medical massage experiece has been pivotal in my private practice. I do not diagnose a clients condition, but I work closely with other medical professionals to assist each client in their direct path of rehabilitation. If my techniques are not appropriate for the client, I have a list of other practicioners that I can also refer them to. I am truly blessed to love what I do and I hope that shows in treatment session that I give. I am happy to say that I have been blessed with clients who’ve stayed with me for well over a decade! If you need any referrals, just ask! Thank you!

Unravel and realign
Understanding, challenge, and growth
When something stops us from doing what we love or being the best we can be, that feeling of loss often spills over to other areas of our lives. Our mood might change, we may not sit or stand as tall, and we start to hurt everywhere. We offer psychotherapy and bodywork services that give you the keys to unravel and realign. I have further training in Complete Decogestive Therapy as a Certified Lymphodema Therapist, which indicates advanced training in Manual Lymph drainage, compression bandaging and garments, skin/nail care, and therapuetic exercise. Addressing lymphodema, lipodema and other related conditions often associated with cancer and post-operative patients. CDT is the gold standard treatment techniques for associated swelling conditions used by nurses, doctors, OTs, PTs, and LMTs. Structural Integration affects the body as a whole. This holistic approach was created by Dr. Ida P. Rolf, and goes beyond “spot work” to target pain and problem areas from head to toe. We offer a traditional 10-series as well as a 13-series (more emphasis on arms, shoulders, and hands) designed to initiate postural changes that help put your body in alignment. The focus on alignment, structure, and integration encourages our bodies to lean into their natural placements, which tends to alleviate pain, tension, and discomfort. The goal is to help all parts of the body move as one. Structural integration can create lasting change that clients have been able to see and feel. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, relaxing, hands-on technique. Clients find it helpful for relieving symptoms associated with migraines, neck pain, stress, chronic fatigue and chronic pain.
