Get Rid of That Pain!
I have been in practice for 18 years now, specializing in post-injury, deep tissue and relaxation treatments. Each session is geared toward what the client/patients needs are. Because of my work experience at a local hospital doing bedside massage for patients for almost 14 years, my medical massage experiece has been pivotal in my private practice. I do not diagnose a clients condition, but I work closely with other medical professionals to assist each client in their direct path of rehabilitation. If my techniques are not appropriate for the client, I have a list of other practicioners that I can also refer them to. I am truly blessed to love what I do and I hope that shows in treatment session that I give. I am happy to say that I have been blessed with clients who’ve stayed with me for well over a decade! If you need any referrals, just ask! Thank you!

Massage & Bodywork Solutions for Women
I can help you feel better. Period. I am a relaxation EXPERT! In fact, total relaxation is the key to the success of your therapy. It is true that some discomfort accompanies some therapies, but PAIN is not therapy and it does not contribute to your relaxation or your healing. My specialties include Cellulite Reduction (yes, it works!), Total Body Relaxation, Headache & Migraine Relief (yes, I have been known to make headache visits), Shiatsu (powerful therapy), Trigger Point Therapy (lets find those knots and work them out). By the way, "Deep Tissue Massage" does NOT mean "Push As Hard As You Can Massage". We will take a few moments to discuss your needs, wants and expectations. Ask everything you have questions about. I would like you to know what to expect (and what not to expect) before we get to work. Every Massage Therapist is introduced to many massage techniques (called "modalities") while in training. Many of the better training programs even offer training in specific modalities to the students that have an interest in that technique. Unfortunately, some therapists claim to be experts in EVERY massage technique. We are all familiar with many, if not all techniques. That familiarity alone does not make us experts. Most of us chose specific types of therapy that we are drawn to or have a specific skill in. Your session with me will be safe, comfortable, fun and effective. I am deeply honored by the trust placed in me by my clients. It is not an easy thing to lie mostly unclothed and allow someone to touch your skin and knead your muscles. I do not take that calling lightly. I will fiercely respect your wishes, your privacy and your modesty at all times. I am an EXPERT in this field and I would like to be YOUR Massage Therapist. As always, I am deeply honored by the trust my clients have in me. Thank You! You are in good hands. Travis Cottam, LMT
