Massage Therapy in Downtown Kirkwood Missouri
When was the last time your body felt as young as your mind? Been awhile? Massage can relieve tension, improve your physical health, and give you more energy to face life's challenges. By releasing tension around habitually poor posture, such as hunched shoulders or tight jaws, massage can actually reinforce positive feelings. At Integrated Bodyworks we do not charge for extras. That if you want aromatherapy or reiki, or even reflexology, it is always included in your massage for one price. Quality bodywork is the result of integrating different complementary modalities as needed. It requires attention to what the client needs in the moment. Each client that comes to me receives everything I have to offer. Period! No up-charges, no add'on's, no surprises; just a warm table with calming music and strong hands that intuitively read the body and know where more attention is needed. Both therapeutic and relaxing, massage is meant to revive the soul while healing the body! I have recently added "Cupping" as a new modality to my practice. Instead of pressing down on the body as with traditional massage, cupping uses a vacuum like affect. Separating muscle fibers, and allowing new blood to enter and break down adhesion or knots quicker for a both relaxing and therapeutic massage. Ask me about Facial Rejuvenation! I invite you to my table for a relaxing and healthful bodywork.

Life Has Its Ups and Downs--Let Massage Balance Yours!
located at the corner of Big Bend and Dougherty Ferry Roads
Welcome to Life In Balance Massage--life has its ups and downs; let massage balance yours! I offer several styles of massage therapy, from relaxation (Swedish and Hot Stone) to therapeutic and rehabilitative (Myofascial Release, Sports Therapy, PreNatal, Deep Tissue). Integrative Massage is the most requested, as clients can then combine several styles to best suit their circumstances. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in length, and I offer reduced rates for more frequent appointments. Clients enjoy this benefit when they schedule bi-weekly or even weekly massages, short or long term. My practice is affiliated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and we routinely coordinate treatment with other referring doctors, trainers, and healthcare entities. Massage is offered currently by appointment only, as early as 8:00am, during your lunch break, and in early evening hours. Saturday hours (appointment only) are 10:00am to 3:00pm. I also practice in Ellisville, near Manchester and Clarkson Roads, at Creekside Massage. In addition to the same styles of massage I offer at my Big Bend office, at Creekside we offer Couples Massage in what is--in my opinion--the best massage suite in town! I believe that massage improves (just about) everything; however, I do not work outside of my scope, nor pretend to be a doctor. My practice includes a network of healthcare professionals, at every level, that share my mission to guide you to optimum health. I am happy to work on your behalf within this network to meet that goal. Whether you seek time out of your busy life to just relax, unwind and destress, or have a specific issue, injury or condition to address, massage can suit your needs!
