When the session is over I inform my clients of my findings and make suggestions so that together we can build a positive wellness plan.” Chelle is also careful to teach all of her clients the importance of balance, stretching and a personal at-home maintenance regimen. Whether they are elderly, children or the handicapped, she encourages them to continually focus on their whole body health both on and off the table.
