A holistic approach to a client-centered practice. The sessions are based on the needs communicated by the client, and how the the therapist feels is the best way to help them with those needs. The client and the therapist will always agree on the treatment plan before the sessions begin. What the client wants is first and foremost. Then the therapist determines what could best benefit the client. Our practice also includes treatment plans that will give the clients homework to help with their needs in between sessions.

I am a professional, Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist serving clients from my Pittsboro office and elsewhere via mobile services. In addition to my work as a massage therapist, I am also a yoga instructor and health coach, with a special focus on nutrition and wellness. I live in Pittsboro and am active in the community. I am available for special events, corporate chair massage, and offer couple's massage sessions in conjunction with another massage therapist.
