My goal is to help lessen the stress on your body and ease your pain if at all possible. You may not have any pain at all, but are in a stressful job and just need to relax, I can help with a relaxation massage. I do not diagnose or offer Medical advice, that is beyond my scope of practice. I have several doctors that refer clients to my practice and in those instances the doctor's write the details of the work they are expecting me to do in assisting their patients.

I graduated in 2008 from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, and became a Reiki Master in 2015. I also have training in other modalities, including Trigger Point, Sports, Thai, Myofascial Release and many more. I am always taking continuing education classes to further provide you with the best possible massage the industry has to offer. I have a passion for the healing arts and will always do my best to provide every client a custom tailored massage to fit your needs. Whether it's coming in to relax with a Swedish Massage or Injury relief with a deep tissue area specific massage, I am happy to provide you with a massage that meets your needs.

I provide Swedish massage (relaxation), prenatal/postnatal massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. Viewing massage as a luxury is a thing of the past. Pure & simple - massage provides a long list of health benefits, and new research is constantly emerging which lengthens this list. Massage improves the circulatory system by increasing oxygen throughout the body and assisting in the release of toxins. Massage has also been known to have a calming effect on the nervous system. As a result, it helps to reduce tension and anxiety. Consequently, every system of the body will function better when you receive massage regularly. Stress ages us and can be an underlying cause of illness. Massage is an immensely powerful tool in relieving stress, bringing us into a state of deep relaxation. In this state, the body and mind have a profound natural ability to heal. Massage therefore, speeds up the body's healing process and stimulates better health. Take charge of your health and wellbeing. Book a massage today and take a step on the path to becoming the best, healthiest, and brightest you that you can be.
