As one of the Upper Valley's most experienced massage therapists, I am expert at tailoring massage sessions to meet your individual needs and preferences. My practice is not focused on specific massage modalities, but rather on outcome-based massage. I may combine several modalities during a massage session to provide you with effective, individualized treatment.

I am a Certified Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Lymphatic Drainage and Thai-Shiatsu practitioner with professional schooling in Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities. I have also studied Maya Abdominal Massage, Tibetan Shirodhara and Pregnancy Massage. I work with all ages and backgrounds including children, teens and the elderly. I pay particular attention to massage as sculpt
