Contact Samantha True, LMT
Located in a newly remodeled Spa within Hot Locks Salon. I am a certified and licensed as a Swedish Massage Therapist, and also have 40 hours of Hot Stone (Swedish and Deep Tissue) massage. My style incorporates the traditional Swedish strokes with myofascial strokes, bringing fresh blood into your muscles and the connective tissue that surrounds them. These techniques also help to push out metabolic wastes, break up adhesions and scar tissue that may be limiting your movements and causing pain. I also offer hot stone therapy which softens your tissues more quickly. This type of massage includes placement of warm stones on sore muscles. Muscles are also massaged with the warm stones. The heat of the stones sedates pain signals, and allows for deeper access into your muscles, while enhancing a deep relaxation experience. Aromatherapy may also be included to help enhance relaxation. We exclusively use Young Living Essential Oils, the only oils on the market that are 100% therapeutic grade. This guarantees that your oils have no alcohol or additives. Oils are used for inhalation, and sometimes used on the skin, depending on your needs.
