The massage I deliver is a sports massage workout. I am able to achieve better range of motion & flexibility for your muscles. Therapeutic massage encourages the body to release spasms and heal itself. This massage work borders on physical therapy. This is not a day spa massage makes you feel as though you were slathered down with lotion and sent on your way.
