The center has had nearly 2,000 students receiving education from owner, Francine Milford. Francine Milford, LMT, CTN, is a national and state licensed massage therapist, personal trainer and Reiki Master. She has been in the health field for more than 30 years, having received six certifications in the Fitness Industry and authoring the H2O Workout book series.
