Combines swedish, deep tissue, cranial sacral and myofascal (stretching) techniques, includes but not limited to lymphatic drainage, reflexology, hot or cold applications, rocking and tapotment. Other applications such as aromatherapies available upon request at intake, draping is NOT an option.
These theraputic techniques are meant for relaxation and meditative purposes and not as permanent relief from chronic pain and discomfort.
