I have been doing body work for 20 years now.
I started out doing massage therapy in 2003 when I was first licensed. Then went on to get my doctorate in physical therapy. I am also a licensed physical therapist. I then wanted to continue with my body work knowledge and became certified in Dry Needling which is similar to Acupuncture. I then wanted to give people more access to my care without needing a referral so I decided to reinstate my license in 2024.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in helping people get out of pain.
I only perform Clinical massage- problem/pain focused and Sports massage (faster paced competition prep and recovery focused)
