*Deep tissue relieves muscle tension in the muscle and in the connective tissue. *Trigger point therapy focuses on knots or hyper-sensitive areas within the taut bands of muscle. *Swedish increases oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins in the muscles and gives you general relaxation. Our therapists will use a light to medium pressure. *Medical Massage Therapy uses a combination of specific techniques that help improve muscle injuries and increase range of motion. Medical Massage will focus on one areas of the body that is causing discomfort and pain. *Hot Stone Therapy uses smooth Basalt Stones that are heated. The heated stones are placed on key areas of the body to help improve circulation. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly. *Prenatal Massage can help reduce pain and anxiety, muscle aches, depression, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. It is a great way for the mother to be to experience relaxation during the term of pregnancy. *Neuromuscular is a form of soft tissue therapy that balance the Central Nervous system with the structure and form of the musculoskeletal system. *Lymphatic Drainage helps enhance the immune function and helps detox the body. It is a deep relaxation massage using light touch to help stimulate lymphatic system. Benefits include alleviating adipose and cellulite tissues, helps with insomnia, and helps with acute and chronic inflammation.

Katrina L. Brennan (Owner) is a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist . She is also a Certified Master Level Medical Massage Practitioner and is Certified in Lymphatic Drainage. She is a 2010 Graduate of South Eastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. She utilizes techniques of integrating various modalities including Medical Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish and Neuromuscular Massage to help the body release muscle restraints and flush toxins. She includes massage techniques to help with chronic neck and shoulder pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, sciatica, upper and low back pain syndromes, Pre and Post Sports Bodywork, and Neuromuscular treatments of the lower extremities. She has built her practice with all types of clients including Dr. Referrals and Chiropractic Referrals. Some of her clients have chronic pain and some have acute pain. She believes that Therapeutic Massage Therapy is an invaluable source for muscle recovery, injury prevention, and overall wellness. Massage is also a wonderful asset to living a well balanced life.
