It is my passion and life's work to heal the body. As a massage practitioner I've been practicing in the healing arts for over 5 years. I received my education at Ashmead collage and have several hours in continuing education where I studied a variety of healing modalities.

I believe in tailoring a massage towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple techniques to get the best results possible. I pride myself on being a good listener and have over 6,000 hours of hands on time.

My focus is to provide professional therapeutic massage for all individuals involved with injury rehabilitation and prevention. With my specialties ranging from the cervical, thoracic and lower pelvic area’s. Although I have my strong points of focus, I do work the full body and incorporate stretching and hydrotherapy throughout my treatments.

In addition to massage I believe it is important to be healthy from the inside out and maintaining a balance within our lives is key. Good nutrition takes time and planning.
